End-to-end delivery

How the work moves.

Helpy records the scope, source facts, approvals, open items and handover for every accepted task.

  1. 1

    Collect approved facts

The business supplies one owner-approved source for contacts, timing and site information.

  2. 2

    Resolve gaps

Helpy records missing or conflicting facts and pauses for the named owner.

  3. 3

    Prepare the pack

Our team creates plain-English mobile and printable versions plus a QR-ready access asset.

  4. 4

    Approve and control

The business completes one consolidated review and receives a version and correction record.

Responsibility stays clear

What Helpy handles, and what stays with others.

Helpy prepares employer-approved information. The employer remains responsible for employment terms, induction, safety training, payroll, legal obligations and the accuracy of supplied facts. Qualified translation, printing, video and extra sites are separately approved.

Service limits

  • One organisation, one site, one cohort and one plain-English version
  • One consolidated revision and one factual correction within 30 days
  • Target timing starts after all source facts and approvals are complete
  • No worker identity documents or personal records are collected
  • Formal induction, WHS certification, employment terms and payroll advice are not included
If more work is needed

An additional site using the same approved structure is A$180. Translation, custom illustration, printing, video, formal induction content and extra revisions are separately priced and approved before production.
