In short

What is this Helpy service?

The Staff Paperwork Benefit is a 90-day employer-funded pilot with ten private 45-minute support credits shared across up to 250 eligible staff. Workers contact Helpy directly. The employer receives credit use and broad pathway totals, never worker names, files or case details.

End-to-end delivery

How the work moves.

Helpy records the scope, source facts, approvals, open items and handover for every accepted task.

  1. 1

    Launch access

Helpy supplies approved staff copy, a QR route and a manager referral script.

  2. 2

    Worker contacts Helpy

Our team checks privacy, urgency and scope before using a credit.

  3. 3

    Do, guide or refer

Helpy prepares routine work, guides a worker-controlled step or organises a consented professional handover.

  4. 4

    Report safely

The employer receives credits used and remaining plus broad pathway totals only.

Responsibility stays clear

What Helpy handles, and what stays with others.

The employer funds access and makes it available to eligible staff. The worker controls disclosure and decisions. Helpy prepares approved administrative work. Independently engaged professionals provide regulated advice under their own terms.

Service limits

  • The first 10 minutes of intake uses no credit when Helpy only routes the worker elsewhere
  • A credit covers up to 45 minutes of Helpy time on one defined problem, including preparation and follow-up
  • Helpy pauses before using a second credit; the worker must approve it first
  • Fair-use limit of two credits per worker during the pilot
  • External professional, interpreter and translator fees are not included
If more work is needed

If the ten credits are used, the business can add another ten-credit block for A$950, subject to capacity. No extra credit or external fee is charged without approval. Unused pilot credits expire after 90 days.
