The practical change

Less chasing. Clearer ownership.

Helpy does not replace your manager, payroll provider or adviser. Our team keeps the agreed paperwork routine visible so questions and missing items reach the right owner.

Before

Scattered messages and folders

It is unclear what is missing, who followed up and what needs a manager decision.

With Helpy

One approved checklist and handover

Every item has a status, owner, next action and recorded decision point.

What our team can run

The routine around the decision.

Start with one worker group and one farm-approved process.

01

Pre-start checklist

Set up the farm-approved checklist, record what has arrived and show what is still missing.

02

Onboarding packs

Prepare approved forms and information, organise returned items and record acknowledgements.

03

Induction records

Coordinate completion of the farm's own induction process without replacing site-specific safety training.

04

Worker follow-up

Send approved plain-English reminders and route questions to the named manager or adviser.

05

Dates and reminders

Track agreed expiry and action dates without deciding legal validity, eligibility or entitlement.

06

Manager handover

Provide complete, missing, awaiting approval and escalated items in one practical summary.

A controlled worker intake

From approved checklist to manager handover.

Helpy pauses whenever a question needs judgement, interpretation or employer authority.

  1. 1

    Agree the checklist

The farm approves the worker group, documents, templates, owners and escalation rules.

  2. 2

    Track each item

Helpy records received and missing items and sends only the approved follow-up.

  3. 3

    Pause for decisions

Questions about pay, awards, visas, safety or employment go to the farm or its qualified adviser.

  4. 4

    Close with a record

The manager receives the activity summary, open items, approvals and hours used.

The farm decides

  • Who is employed and on what terms
  • Payroll, pay rates and workplace decisions
  • Which templates, notices and actions are approved

Helpy coordinates

  • Approved checklists and document status
  • Routine reminders and follow-up
  • Activity records, approvals and handover

Professionals advise

  • Fair Work and employment law
  • Migration, tax, BAS and accounting
  • Clinical, legal or other regulated judgement

Farm support questions

What to know before you enquire.

Can Helpy help with HR or payroll paperwork?

Helpy can coordinate approved forms, records, checklists and factual handovers around HR or payroll work. The farm and its qualified advisers keep employment, pay, award, payroll and legal decisions.

Can Helpy manage seasonal worker onboarding?

Helpy can coordinate a farm-approved checklist, forms, routine reminders, acknowledgements and a manager handover. Final decisions and any regulated assessment stay with the farm or qualified professional.

Can Helpy help with visa or migration paperwork?

Helpy may record client-supplied facts, organise an approved document checklist and prepare a consented handover. Visa assessment and immigration assistance comes from a registered migration agent or Australian legal practitioner.

Where is farm support available?

Remote support is available across Australia for approved tasks and within delivery capacity. Face-to-face availability is limited and confirmed separately.

Do we upload worker documents in the first enquiry?

No. Start with a general workflow description, worker count and timing. If Helpy accepts a task, any required documents and approved secure channel are explained separately.

Start with the workflow

What needs to be ready before the next worker starts?

Tell us the worker count, timing and repeated task. Do not upload worker documents through the website.
