Helpy helps prepare and organise routine administration. It is not a government service, legal practice, migration agency, tax practice, clinical provider, emergency service or professional advisory practice.

Helpy does not guarantee application, complaint, referral or service outcomes.

Scope, price and approval

Before paid work starts, Helpy confirms the deliverable, exclusions, included revisions, price and known external costs. Indicative prices may change after our team reviews the scope. Additional or changed work is quoted separately.

The client reviews important information and approves the completed work or action. Clients remain responsible for final submissions and decisions unless a qualified professional is separately engaged.

Accounts, documents and accurate information

Clients must keep passwords, PINs, passkeys, secret answers and verification codes private. Helpy may provide supervised screen guidance but does not take independent control of government or essential-service accounts.

Clients must provide accurate information. Helpy will not create, alter or help submit false or misleading documents.

Cancellation, refunds and external fees

If Helpy decides after payment that an order is outside the purchased scope, unsafe, prohibited or cannot be delivered within confirmed capacity, Helpy will cancel it before work starts and return the full amount to the original payment method. A customer who cancels before work starts also receives a full refund.

After work starts, Helpy records the work already completed and assesses cancellation or refund requests against the accepted scope and the customer’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Helpy will correct a minor service problem within a reasonable time at no charge. Nothing in these terms limits consumer-guarantee rights.

Translation, interpreting, certification, travel and professional partner fees are separate unless the written scope states otherwise.
