End-to-end delivery

How the work moves.

Helpy records the scope, source facts, approvals, open items and handover for every accepted task.

  1. 1

    Map what happens next

Tell Helpy the general non-clinical problem and the services or appointments you are trying to coordinate, without clinical details or documents.

  2. 2

    Approve the scope

Helpy confirms the pathway episode, included contacts, limits, timing and price in writing.

  3. 3

    Coordinate with you

Helpy prepares the plan and supports routine contacts while you approve every fact, disclosure, declaration, payment and submission.

  4. 4

    Close the loop

You receive a clear action plan and handover summary showing what is done, pending or still owned by a provider.

Responsibility stays clear

What Helpy handles, and what stays with others.

Helpy provides independent, non-clinical patient-navigation and care-coordination administration only. The patient or authorised representative keeps control of choices, accounts, credentials, disclosures and submissions. The healthcare provider retains clinical responsibility, records, consent decisions, urgency, referral acceptance, appointment priority, diagnosis and treatment. Helpy does not act for Robinvale Clinic, RDHS, Sunraysia Community Health Services, MBPH, Tankard Dental or any other provider unless a separate written arrangement is approved.

Service limits

  • One patient or authorised representative and one defined non-clinical patient pathway episode, normally up to 150 minutes
  • Starting scope covers up to three provider/service contacts and one agreed routine follow-up cycle
  • No provider-sent patient details, clinical details, records, referral documents or uploads in the first enquiry; your own contact details are collected only to reply and assess the enquiry
  • No clinical records, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, medication, test results or clinician-only fields
  • No diagnosis, triage, urgency decision, clinical referral, appointment guarantee or provider-system access
  • Any required health-information disclosure needs a separate written privacy, consent and secure-transfer approval
  • External provider, interpreter, transport, translation or professional fees are separate
If more work is needed

If the request becomes clinical, urgent, unsafe or dependent on health information that has not passed review, Helpy pauses the work and directs you to the relevant official or qualified service. No extra work or disclosure starts without written approval.
