Trust and evidence

Trust should be checkable, not implied.

This page separates what you can verify about Helpy today from customer, outcome and partner claims that have not yet earned a place on the website.

Process evidence

What an accepted task should record.

Until genuine customer proof exists, Helpy relies on clear operating evidence: written scope, visible boundaries, documented decisions and a traceable handover.

  • The agreed task, included work, exclusions, price and owner
  • The source of material facts and the version used
  • Client, employer or professional approvals and corrections
  • Scope changes, missing items, referrals and open decisions
  • The final handover, closure status and approved retention action

Publication gate

What must exist before proof is shown.

No quote, logo, rating, case result or partner identity is published merely because it would improve conversion.

01

Testimonials

The words must come from a genuine client, remain materially unchanged and have separate written permission for the displayed name, role, organisation, wording and channels.

02

Case results

A result needs a dated baseline, stated method, complete measurement window, important limitations and client approval. One result is never presented as a guarantee.

03

Professional partners

A named professional needs current identity, registration, category, insurance and contact checks plus written permission. Listing never means guaranteed acceptance or endorsement.

Why this standard exists

The ACCC says advertising claims should be provable and online reviews should be independent and genuine. The OAIC explains that consent may be needed when personal information is used or disclosed for a different purpose.

Read the ACCC advertising guidance and OAIC consent guidance.

Question a public Helpy claim.

If a Helpy page appears inaccurate, out of date or misleading, email the exact page and claim to helpy@mixma.ai. Our team will record and review the concern separately from sales or task work.
