How the work moves.
Helpy records the scope, source facts, approvals, open items and handover for every accepted task.
1
Offer voluntary access
The approved employer shares the worker privacy notice and direct Helpy contact route.
2
Check one task
Helpy checks urgency, conflicts, privacy and whether the task fits a 45-minute session.
3
Support the worker
Our team prepares routine paperwork or guides an online step while the worker controls access.
4
Refer when needed
With consent, Helpy prepares a factual handover to the appropriate official or qualified service.
Responsibility stays clear
What Helpy handles, and what stays with others.
Helpy is an independent paperwork support service. It does not become the approved employer, Welfare and Wellbeing Support Person, migration provider, tax agent, lawyer or workplace adviser. The worker controls accounts and choices, and the approved employer retains its scheme duties.
Service limits
One defined administrative task per 45-minute session
Helpy does not replace the employer’s PALM duties or Welfare and Wellbeing Support Person
Workers keep control of passwords, codes, accounts, decisions and submissions
A credit is returned if Helpy stops before meaningful work because the task cannot be progressed safely
Professional and language-service fees are separate
If more work is needed
If a task needs more than one session, Helpy pauses and the worker approves another available credit. When all ten are used, a new ten-session block is A$950, subject to capacity and written business approval.
